I have always been enamored with those favorite children's stories of the past. Peter Pan was always a favorite of mine! I mean, who wouldn't want to stay a child forever, and never have any cares?
But, in this telling of the tale, Henry writes the "lost boy" tale of Captain Hook, and how he became Peter's nemesis.
Wonderfully written! Engaging. Spell-binding. I didn't want to put the book down!
And for once, you might find yourself rooting for Hook, rather than Pan!
Thoroughly enjoyable with surprise twists and turns on every page.
I give this book five stars,
a BIG thumbs up,
